A women's hockey benefit tournament to support awareness and the fight against breast cancer.

November 6th- 8th, 2009

Revenues from Pink at the Rink will help local women, who otherwise couldn't afford it, receive cancer screening mammograms at McCall Memorial Hospital's Breast Care Clinic. The clinic performs 1,000 mammograms a year, of which 75 are paid from grants such as the Susan G. Komen grants. Idaho is the lowest of all fifty states in the percentage of women who receive potentially life-saving mammograms. Through Pink at the Rink, we also want to educate women about local services, self-examinations, and life-style choices that reduce the incidence of breast cancer.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. Sponsorships will have the benefit of promotional opportunities including Naming rights for the tournament, advertising exposure and more.

We would also like to dedicate this tournament to those women who have battled this disease by honoring those who have passed and those who have survived.  If you have a loved one whom you would like their name to be included on our Memorial & Celebration page of our tournament program we are suggesting a $20 donation.
