Visitor’s Bureau Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

This position will assist the Senior Office Administrator at the McCall Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau as well as be the face at the front of the office as the Visitors Bureau Coordinator. The Senior Office Administrator and this individual will work together to continue to grow and provide excellent care to our visitors and members alike.

The McCall Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau seeks an energetic, self-motivated front office personality.  This position will greet visitors and work towards forming relationships within our area to provide resources that will continue to establish us as a premier adventure destination. Additionally, this position will assist our membership, over 300 organizations strong, with their needs at the Chamber that will include but not limited to: marketing, special projects, programming, events, and customer service.

This individual should be detail oriented, high computer competency and familiarization with programs such as Word, Publisher, Excel, that ideally also possesses experience with WordPress, email marketing software, Illustrator or other design applications, social media platforms, etc. In addition, we seek an organized and flexible person that can interact with many different types of people and is motivated to problem solve and take initiative to learn. Excellent customer service skills required along with a positive and upbeat attitude with willingness to collaborate as a team are a must. Other key position requirements include: adaptability, ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, excellent phone and people skills.

This position is full-time, year-round, pay per hour DOE. Medical stipend upon successful completion of 60 days probationary period, 401(k) match after 1-year of employment, as well as eligibility to participate in the West Central Mountains Leadership Academy after 1-year. Paid holidays and accrued PTO available.

Occasional Saturday and extra hours for special events will be part of the position.
